Context

Leaders in government, state-owned enterprises and regulated industries are asked to decide on policy, investment and risk questions under time pressure, often with analysis that has never been seriously challenged.

Challenge

A single analyst, or a single AI answer, tends to confirm the first framing of a question. Executives need analysis that has already faced the hard objections, separates fact from opinion, and can be checked line by line.

What Rahmat did

  1. Designed a multi-perspective review in which a sceptic, a methodologist and an editor each challenge the evidence, the method and the argument.

  2. Added executive lenses (CEO, CTO and risk) so every recommendation is tested for value, feasibility and exposure.

  3. Structured the output as decision, answer, evidence, implication and action, with fact, inference and recommendation kept separate.

  4. Kept every claim traced to its source and left final judgement with human reviewers.

  5. Applied the panel to policy, economics, legal, security and heritage-tourism questions.

Stack

  • Large language models
  • Multi-perspective review
  • Evidence tracing
  • Structured executive reporting
