Rahmat Wibowo

Rahmat Wibowo is the founder and CEO of InfraLoka (PT Infrastruktur Digital Nusantara) and a Senior DevOps Engineer at a technology company. For more than five years he has led cloud infrastructure, AI engineering and enterprise digital transformation in demanding environments: fintech, maritime, state-owned enterprises, multinationals, transportation, digital goods, hospitality and payroll.

His work sits where board-level decisions meet engineering execution. He has cut Azure infrastructure cost by 51%, saved USD 5,800 a month on AWS, halved API latency through a region migration with zero user impact, lifted platform uptime from 90% to 99%, and automated more than 10,000 engineering hours a year.

Rahmat graduated from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) with First Class Honours and a 4.00/4.00 GPA. He holds eight cloud, security and automation certifications, and builds the engineering community that InfraLoka draws on: more than 50,000 engineers and a talent pool of 150+ across five countries.
